Founded in the Year 1965, under the leadership of late Shri Kantilal Mevada, the Company was engaged into manufacturing of custom made precision components machining. This was a very small Engineering Workshop with limited resources and technology that started manufacturing components for the major Valve Companies of that period. We started with the manufacturing of Balls by Conventional method, and later the complete Assembly of Low pressure Ball Valves. After that our speciality was manufacturing of Ball Valves.

Later on in the year 1982, both the Sons of the Founder joined the Company’s Team nd they set perfect example of the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment that their father had once started with. The Company increased its capacity by building a three storey factory on an independent Plot. The Company continued its operations as Precision Components and Industrial Valve manufacturer. This is the time when Mistry Industries took its shape. The Company’s Management had a great foresight and hence got the Company certified to ISO 9001:2000.
Looking at the potential that lied in the Company and its Team, in the year 2007, brands named HAVI & VIPAL were established in the Indian Market in collaboration with vipal enterprises pvt. ltd. These Company has got an experience of over a decade in the OIL & GAS Industry.  These brands are the result of the Dream that the Founder had once  seen.

Today together with the great experience of manufacturing and excellence in understanding of Customer needs, we have always given emphasize on innovation in design, reliability in performance of our Fittings & Valves. Our core product line includes entire range of Instrument Fittings & Valves upto the pressure rating of 15000 psig.
All the components are manufactured on World’s best CNC Machines and the products are tested on SCADA based Testing facility installed at our works. With the experience of over 8 years now, we have started penetrating the Indian and International market at a remarkable speed.
